As Regional Vice President, Brian is responsible for all daily operations as well as business development and implementation and transition of new contracts. He works closely with all clients to increase location profitability while providing first-class valet service at their curbs.
Rod joined LAZ Parking in May 2016 and is the Regional Vice President for Northern California. A San Francisco native, Rod has been in the parking business for over 25 years, most recently as the Regional Vice President for ABM Parking.
Rod began his parking career managing the valet operation for a Five-Star hotel in San Francisco. He was recruited by Ampco System Parking to manage the prestigious Embarcadero Center in 1994 and entrusted with improving customer service and profitability. He moved his way up through the ranks and became Regional Vice President, where he stood for the past 12 years before joining LAZ Parking.
Kynn Knight joined Sunset Parking, a member of the LAZ Parking family of companies, in 1993 as a valet attendant in San Diego and became a partner in the company in 2000. He has helped grow the California market from 14 locations to more than 400 with a strong, hands-on operational approach. Kynn is committed to delivering results for his clients and facilitating the personal and professional growth of his team.
Rob Maroney joined LAZ Parking in 2015 as the Vice President of Government Services. In this role, Rob supports LAZ Parking’s numerous public agency clients and furthers our Public Private Partnership efforts. With over 20 years in the parking and transportation profession, Rob brings extensive experience in municipal and government operations, management, and consulting.
Gordon Marrin joined LAZ Parking in 2018 as the Vice President of the newly formed LAZ Event Division. The new Event Division supplies event security, hospitality, ticketing, cleaning and festival parking throughout the country. Gordon brings over 25 years of event experience to LAZ and is security manager for some of the country’s largest events, such as Basel Miami Beach, Miami Open Tennis, as well as Fed Cup and Davis Cups worldwide.
Jim joined the LAZ Parking team in 1991 and currently oversees more than 100 locations as the Regional Vice President for Connecticut. In 2008, he became a minority operating partner of LAZ Parking.
Jim directs and oversees all construction that occurs in the state. With his passion for event parking operations, he has successfully established parking operations for the Meadows Music Theater and Rentschler Field while developing the LAZ Fly brand at Bradley International Airport, an off-airport parking operation.
He has been instrumental in developing the LAZ Parking culture and preparing individuals to grow within the company. Every member of his management team has been promoted from within his ranks.
Jim graduated from Quinnipiac University with a BS degree in management and an AS degree in marketing.
Tony Mele joined LAZ Parking in 2011 and oversees all of the company’s technology functions. He is responsible for the information technology infrastructure and software operations, IT audit and compliance, the Customer Care Center, and the PCI-DSS credit card security program. He brings 16 years of technology experience to the company.
Tony started his technology career in North Carolina after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and as a state law enforcement officer. He has worked in a variety of areas in the tech industry, supporting mid to large size businesses throughout the state of Connecticut.
Conrad Midolo joined LAZ Parking in 2013 as General Manager, overseeing the Commercial Division in Los Angeles. He was initially tasked with enhancing operational practices, while helping to further the growth of the division. With over 30 years of parking experience attained within the local market, his vast operational knowledge, industry relationships, and passion for helping employees were instrumental in achieving these goals, with the Los Angeles region presently consisting of approximately 2,000 employees and 300 locations.
Kendra Petty joined LAZ Parking in 2011 as Regional Vice President of the Northwest Division. She was then promoted to Executive Vice President overseeing the Airport Division, National Accounts, and Nevada. Kendra has managed many types of properties, including airports, municipal operations, hotels, office buildings, stadiums and arenas, mixed use developments, transit systems, toll roads, and on-street meter operations.
Todd Rosen joined LAZ Parking in November 2016 as Regional Vice President of Ohio and Michigan. Prior to joining LAZ, he spent 11 years working for SP+. Todd spent the first seven years in Chicago, IL before he was promoted to Senior Manager, overseeing 19 properties between Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. In March of 2014, Todd was promoted to Regional Manager of Philadelphia, overseeing 70 locations, including the entire Philadelphia Sports Complex.
Stacy Rosenberg joined LAZ Parking in 2009 as a Controller under Ultimate Parking out of the Boston region. In 2010 she relocated to Hartford, CT and assumed the Corporate Controller position. Stacy was promoted to Vice President of Corporate Accounting Services in 2014, bringing over 20 years of experience in Accounting, System Migrations, and External Audit Oversight to the role.
Patrick Ryan joined LAZ Parking in 2009. He leads the charge on Innovation and digital technology initiatives at LAZ. With his broad parking experience and strong technical and creative background, he is responsible for making LAZ the industry leader in client facing technologies like online payments and frictionless parking.
Jeffrey Sanders joined LAZ Parking in 2018 as Regional Vice President of New York and New Jersey. He is responsible for overseeing and expanding LAZ’s market share throughout the region. Jeff has over 10 years of experience in developing and mentoring his team, implementing successful sales initiatives, and growing his region through new business opportunities.
Eric Siskind joined LAZ Parking in 2007 as the Regional Vice President for New York and New Jersey. Eric started his career as a valet attendant and has worked his way up in multiple front-line and senior management positions in the parking industry. His focus to build revenue enhancement strategies, marketing, finance, operations, human resources and technology advancements, has led to growth in the New York / New Jersey market.
John Svendblad began his parking career in 1997 as an attendant for a valet company in Boston, while earning his college degree. He ambitiously took on ownership and management of the company before merging its successful operations with LAZ Parking in 2008. As Regional Vice President, John led the efforts to establish and grow LAZ Parking’s presence in the Los Angeles market.
Jared Svendsen began working for LAZ Parking's West Coast Division in 1997 as a front-line valet while attending San Diego State University. After graduation, he went on to work for a national real estate trust, where he gained experience in all facets of Property Management. During his 20 year career with LAZ he has worked at all levels of management and has been involved with the planning, implementation, and management of the region’s largest operations.
Georgi Taja joined LAZ Parking in 2007 as Senior Vice President after an extensive career with an international parking company where he served in various management, operational, and leadership roles. Since 1988, Georgi has gained experience in airport parking operations, mixed-use facility management, hotel valet, stadium and event management, on-street meter collections, and enforcement and shuttle operations.
Cornelius “Corny” Thompson joined LAZ Parking in 1999 as the Director of Operations for the Connecticut region. During his tenure, he led LAZ Parking’s Maintenance Systems Division and managed all contracted services, including parking facility repairs and maintenance, while overseeing all capital improvements. He also was responsible for managing the southern region of Connecticut, including Rentschler Field in East Hartford.
Leo Villafana joined LAZ Parking in February 2010. As Regional Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region, he leads a team of over 500 employees at over 100 locations. Leo is responsible for the executive management of business development, yield management, client services, strategic business analysis, identifying and utilizing emerging technology and client services.
Christopher has been a leader in the parking industry since 1996 and started his career with LAZ Parking as a Regional Vice President who successfully expanded our Mid-Atlantic presence. He has worked in markets located in Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
He is currently based in Miami and responsible for premier Florida properties in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Daytona, St. Augustine and Naples.
His vast experience in business development activities and operational management encompasses Class A office buildings, hospitals, hotels, stadiums and airports. He also has conducted due diligence activities for numerous acquisitions and privatization deals.
Christopher graduated from LaGrange College with a degree in business administration.
