Paul Regan

Senior Vice President, Northeast

Paul Regan is based in New York City and oversees the Northeast Region, which spans over 750 locations and more than 3,000 team members across LAZ’s New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine markets

 

Paul joined LAZ Parking in 2021, bringing over 20 years of parking and real estate management experience across the New York City metropolitan area to LAZ’s Northeast operations.  He has a strong operations background and a proven track record of maximizing value for asset owners and accelerating business expansion and growth. 

Paul has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS from Northeastern University, and served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
