Paul Regan

Senior Vice President, Northeast

Paul Regan joined LAZ Parking in 2021 as the Director, Strategic Operations and Implementation for the Southeast, Midwest, and West Coast markets. Paul was assigned to the operations task force that transitioned the World Trade Center garage in New Orleans, BNA Airport Parking operation in Nashville, and the City of Lincoln municipal parking and enforcement operation in Nebraska. In 2022, Paul expanded his role to Senior General Manager overseeing Laz’s MTA parking, enforcement, and maintenance operations in New York City. Paul was elevated to the role of acting Regional Vice President of CT in early 2023.

Prior to joining the LAZ family, Paul spent 16 years with Icon Parking as Senior Vice President, leading and directing operations of 300 locations and 2,500 team members in NYC, Boston, and Newark. He also spent 4 years with Tishman Speyer as a Senior Property Manager at the world-renowned Chrysler Center. Before that he was an Area Manager with Central Parking in New York City and a Director of Operations with TGF Security in Boston.

Paul has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and a BS from Northeastern University, and served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He and his wife reside in CT with their daughter who is a senior at The University of Tennessee.
