Eric Daigle

Head of People + Culture

Eric Daigle joined LAZ Parking in 2017 as Director of People & Culture and was subsequently promoted to Head of People & Culture in 2021. In this role, Eric is responsible for the development and execution of strategic HR initiatives, as well as maintaining and enhancing LAZ’s unique “people over profits” culture and philanthropic endeavors.

Prior to joining LAZ, Eric worked in a variety of both tactical and strategic Human Resources roles over the last 20 years across several hospitality-based organizations.  Most recently, he was the Head of HR for a large national franchise organization within the consumer goods industry. Eric’s passion for helping people, combined with his steadfast commitment to serving others, have allowed him to enhance LAZ’s existing HR infrastructure, all while creating new programs to sustain the organization’s continued growth.   

Eric holds a Bachelor of Psychology degree from North Park University and is a certified Professional in Human Resources.
