Cindy Hefner joined LAZ Parking in 2014 as Director of Operations for the Northern California region, quickly advanced to General Manager then Regional Vice President. Cindy is now the Senior Vice President for Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
With more than 20 years of experience in the parking, mobility, and transportation industry, Cindy is a proven operations leader known for her people-first approach, collaborative leadership style, and ability to drive strong financial and operational performance. She has successfully led large, diverse teams and managed complex portfolios including airports, municipalities, healthcare campuses, universities, hotels, mixed-use developments, stadiums, shuttle operations, and on-street meter programs.
Cindy is widely respected by clients and colleagues for her focus on operational excellence, technology-driven efficiencies, and seamless transitions that elevate both customer and employee experience. She is deeply committed to LAZ’s culture and core values—empowering people, building relationships, and fostering growth across her teams and communities.
Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and making memories with her family. She also values time with her LAZ team—celebrating wins, supporting one another, and living “The LAZ Way” every day.
