Royce Williams

Regional Vice President, Northwest

Royce Williams joined LAZ Parking in 2005. After joining LAZ as a valet at Viejas Casino in San Diego he worked his way up through several management positions in markets such as Southern California, the Midwest, the Northwest and even the United Kingdom.

He has extensive experience managing parking and transportation for commercial buildings & surface lots, hotels, retail, residential, mixed use, healthcare systems, municipalities, universities & stadiums. 

Royce’s strong background in operations, technology and hospitality has enabled him to substantially grow the Northwest market since his arrival in 2017 and he continues to lead and manage LAZs growth throughout the region serving as the Regional Vice President for the Northwest. Royce is active in BOMA, the Downtown Seattle Association and the Washington Hospitality Association.  He is a Graduate of the University of California, Irvine with a BS in Biology and is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at the University of Cambridge (Cantab).
