Rick Ingram

Executive Vice President, Airport Services

Rick joined LAZ Parking in 2005 after serving in the United States Army where he attained the rank of Sergeant. During his service he participated in several overseas missions as well as homeland security operations following 9/11. Drawing on his experiences in uniform, Rick was quickly promoted into key leadership positions within LAZ, overseeing large scale parking and valet operations across a variety of verticals including hospitality, commercial, healthcare, and events. Rick eventually served as the General Manager of the San Diego market, managing over 200 parking operations before transitioning into a strategic role in LAZ’s Airport Services.

 

After serving in the United States Army, Rick joined LAZ Parking in 2005 as a part-time valet - a temporary job while finishing college that quickly evolved into a long-term career. Leveraging the leadership skills he developed during his military service, Rick rose through the ranks and held key leadership roles overseeing complex parking and valet operations across sectors including hospitality, commercial real estate, healthcare, and events. As General Manager of LAZ’s San Diego market, he was responsible for more than 200 parking operations.

Today, Rick leads LAZ’s Airport Services division, where he oversees and expands the company’s growing aviation portfolio across the United States and Canada. He successfully led the launch of the “LAX-it” Taxi and TNC Pickup Lot and Transportation Services at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), a program that earned the 2021 Award for Excellence in Innovation from the International Parking and Mobility Institute. Rick also led LAZ’s initial expansion into the Canadian market, securing new airport contracts in Alberta and British Columbia. Under Rick’s leadership, LAZ has become one of the top airport parking and transportation service providers in North America.

Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from San Diego State University.
