Melissa Conole

Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment

Melissa Conole serves as Senior Counsel, Labor & Employment for LAZ Parking, where she is a trusted advisor to business and Human Resources leaders on workforce strategy, employment risk, and compliance initiatives. Since joining LAZ in 2022, Melissa has partnered across the organization to support business growth, strengthen workplace practices, and develop practical solutions to complex legal challenges.

 

Before joining LAZ, Melissa practiced labor and employment law in San Diego, California, representing employers and counseling clients on a wide range of employment matters. Her combined experience as outside and in-house counsel enables her to provide strategic, business-oriented legal guidance that aligns risk management with organizational objectives. 

 

 

Melissa is admitted to practice law in California and Hawaii, the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
