Doug Brooks

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT, GEORGIA

Doug Brooks is a seasoned business leader with nearly 30 years of experience driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and strategic expansion across the parking, real estate, and mobility industries. As Regional Vice President for LAZ Parking, Doug oversees complex portfolios and high-performing teams throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area, partnering with property owners, developers, municipalities, and corporate clients to deliver exceptional service and business results.

Throughout his career, Doug has built a reputation for developing strong client relationships, leading large-scale operations, and creating innovative solutions that improve performance and enhance customer experience. His expertise spans operations management, asset management, sales, negotiations, facility management, and business development.  

A graduate of Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, Doug combines strategic vision with a hands-on leadership style centered on accountability, team development, and customer success. He is passionate about building strong cultures, cultivating talent, and helping organizations achieve sustainable, long-term growth.
