Eric Gomes

Regional Vice President, East Texas

Eric joined LAZ Parking in May 2007 as a valet in Providence, RI. Eric advanced to Account Manager overseeing three hotels in Providence until January 2010 when he moved to Baltimore, MD to open one of the first large hospitality locations for LAZ in this region. From January 2011 to November 2013, Eric oversaw the Hospitality Portfolio in the Baltimore/DC market.

After working for a Regional Development Company as their parking General Manager and Property manager of two Class A office buildings, Eric returned to LAZ Parking as General Manager in the Mid-Atlantic in 2018 where he worked in both Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD until April, 2023. Recently he relocated with his family to oversee the North Texas and Oklahoma markets as General Manager. With over 13 years of progressive commercial office, healthcare and hospitality management experience, he leads a team of over 250 employees at over 45 locations in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Eric brings a strong focus on commercial garage and hospitality valet operational excellence, strategic business analysis, and identifying and implementing emerging technology.

Eric is a graduate of Bryant University with an Undergraduate degree in International Business. He also completed the Professional MBA program with a focus in Leadership at Bryant University in 2022. He is a “Certified Parking Professional” and received recognition from the National Parking Association as one of the “Top 40 Under 40” in the Parking Industry for the class of 2019.
