Adam Deyden

Regional Vice President, Arizona

Adam began his parking career with LAZ in 2008. He was promoted to the position of Project Manager in 2009 where he had direct oversight of a highly complex parking program with a staff of 20+ with valet operations as well as a shuttle program.

Other prominent projects he has managed in the past included multiple Harbor Island locations which parked over 60,000 cars annually and where he had direct management of a team comprising of 40+ staff members.  

Adam has been instrumental in the installation of new PARCS equipment and implementation of cutting-edge technology for several of our clients. Adam moved to Arizona in 2018 as the Director of Operations to spearhead the growth of LAZ Parking in the Arizona market. Since starting in Arizona, Adam has grown the market to over 40 locations expanding operations to Tucson and Flagstaff.
