Todd Rosen

Senior Vice President, Midwest

Todd joined LAZ Parking in November 2016 and has overseen multiple markets as a Regional Vice President. Today, Todd serves as the Senior Vice President of the Midwest, overseeing all operations across 12 States. Todd has spent his entire 20-year professional career in the parking industry. Beginning in Chicago, IL, Todd has moved his way through the ranks and multiple states since 2005.

Todd has led every type of parking operation from event venues and residential facilities to commercial buildings and valet operations, as well as Public Private Partnerships (P3’s). Todd has extensive experience in the development of mixed-use, office, residential, hospitality, health care, airport, university, shuttle, municipal and stadium market segments. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented technologies to improve profits and service. Todd holds a Communications and Economics Degree from The University of Kansas. Todd was also a member of the NPA Class of 2019 40 under 40. 

Philanthropy is very important to Todd. Serving on various boards and organizations throughout his career to put others first and help those less fortunate.
