Todd Rosen

Senior Vice President, Colorado, Midwest

Todd joined LAZ Parking in November 2016 as Regional Vice President of Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. After five years overseeing the Ohio, Michigan and Indiana markets, Todd relocated to Denver in January 2022 to oversee Colorado, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Todd has spent his entire professional career in the parking industry. Beginning as an Assistant Manager in Chicago, IL, Todd has moved his way through the ranks and multiple states since 2005.

Todd has managed every type of parking operation from event venues and residential facilities to commercial buildings and valet operations, as well as Public Private Partnerships (P3’s). Todd has extensive experience in the mixed-use, office, residential, health care, airport, university, shuttle, municipal and stadium market segments. Throughout his career, he has successfully implemented technologies to improve profits and service. Todd holds a Communications and Economics Degree from The University of Kansas. Todd was also a member of the NPA Class of 2019 40 under 40.

Philanthropy is very important to Todd. Serving as an Executive committee member of the Red Shoe Society, Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio as well as the Third & Goal Foundation.
