Luis Henriques

Regional Vice President, Connecticut

Luis is a parking professional with over 30 years parking experience. Starting his parking career at LAZ parking as a valet/parking attendant in 1989, He later moved on to become the Hartford valet and event Manager, operating venues such as Rentschler Field, Comcast Theatre, CT EXPO Center, XL Center and restaurants in Downtown Hartford. He has managed every type of parking operation from event venues and residential facilities to commercial buildings and valet operations. Luis has extensive experience in the mixed-use, office, residential, healthcare, airport, university, shuttle, municipal and stadium market segments. In addition to his parking experience, Luis was a key element in building the LAZ Maintenance Department in Hartford which currently includes a large snow removal portfolio. The Maintenance Department has provided superior snow removal/landscape services for 25 years.

Most recently, Luis was a  Senior General Manager of Connecticut, overseeing the general managers and operational portfolios for the region. Luis is instrumental in client relations, operational parking implementation, and yield management. His length of service with LAZ reflects the dedicated staff and continuity of service we strive to maintain for all our clients.
