Executive Profiles

Charles Bassett

Executive Vice President

Charles Bassett serves as Executive Vice President at LAZ, where he leads Off-Airport Parking Operations and Strategic Relationships and works closely with the company’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate teams. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience to the role.

Charles is focused on driving the growth and performance of LAZ’s off-airport parking platform, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities that support the company’s long-term growth and expansion. 

An active industry and community leader, Charles serves on several boards, including the National Parking Association and the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board. 

Charles holds an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He has also completed postgraduate and executive studies in negotiation at Harvard Business School Online, private capital markets at Pepperdine University, leadership at Loyola Marymount University, and information technology at UCLA.
