Conrad Midolo

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT, LOS ANGELES

Conrad Midolo joined LAZ Parking in 2013 as General Manager, overseeing the Commercial Division in Los Angeles. He was initially tasked with enhancing operational practices, while helping to further the growth of the division. With over 30 years of parking experience attained within the local market, his vast operational knowledge, industry relationships, and passion for helping employees were instrumental in achieving these goals, with the Los Angeles region presently consisting of approximately 2,700 employees and 400 locations.

Conrad currently serves as the Regional Vice President for the Los Angeles region. He is responsible for executive leadership and management oversight of business operations including business development, capital improvements, financial & operational analyses, information technology, and strategic planning. A consummate parking professional, Conrad stays current on industry trends and technological advancements. He is an active member in various professional and community service organizations including BOMA, IREM, NPA, and multiple BIDs throughout Los Angeles.
