His own progression from valet attendant to senior executive has reinforced his belief in developing talent from within and giving people the opportunity to take on greater responsibility 

Throughout his tenure at LAZ, Eric has focused on building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and creating strategies that strengthen operations while delivering sustainable growth. His leadership spans revenue enhancement, marketing, finance, operations, human resources and technology, with an emphasis on connecting each of those disciplines to improve overall business performance.  

Eric believes that strong operations are built on attention to detail, disciplined execution, and an ongoing commitment to improving customer experience. Whether evaluating a location’s financial performance, developing a marketing strategy or reviewing the presentation of a facility, Eric encourages teams to consider how individual operational decisions affect customers, clients, and the long-term value of the business.  

Eric has also been a strong advocate for innovation and the thoughtful use of technology. He encourages teams to challenge established processes and explore tools that can improve efficiency, reporting, revenue performance, and decision-making. That combination of innovation and operational discipline has helped shape his leadership approach throughout his career at LAZ. 

In 2017, Eric was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Northeast Region, where he assumed broader responsibility for regional operations, client relationships, and growth. In 2024, he became President, East Coast, overseeing operations across the East Coast and continuing to help shape the company’s operational and growth strategies. Starting in 2027, Eric will assume his latest role as Chief Operating Officer, bringing the perspective gained throughout two decades at LAZ to an even broader leadership role within the organization.
