Eric Siskind

President, East Coast

Eric Siskind joined LAZ Parking in 2007 as the Regional Vice President for New York and New Jersey. Eric started his career as a valet attendant and has worked his way up in multiple front-line and senior management positions in the parking industry. His focus to build revenue enhancement strategies, marketing, finance, operations, human resources and technology advancements, has led to growth in the New York / New Jersey market.

Since 2007, Eric and his team have established the LAZ brand in the New York / New Jersey market, growing to more than 1,000 employees and 300 locations. In 2017, Eric expanded his role as the Senior Vice President of the Northeast Region, and then in 2024 became President overseeing operations on the East Coast and various National programs throughout the organization. Eric earned his master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology after obtaining a bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  


He is also the only person in LAZ history to have his own pillow.
