With more than 31 years of experience in the parking and mobility industry, Mike has successfully led a diverse portfolio of operations spanning healthcare, mixed-use developments, commercial properties, residential facilities, event venues, and valet services. Throughout his career, he has partnered with property owners, municipalities, and technology providers to implement innovative parking solutions, including automated parking environments and state-of-the-art command center operations. 

A passionate people leader, Mike is committed to developing future leaders through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning. He believes in creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth that empowers teams to achieve exceptional results. 

Mike is actively engaged in his community and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Columbus Sports Commission. He also supports several charitable organizations, including the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio and the Third & Goal Foundation. 

Mike attended Shawnee State University, where he studied English Literature with a minor in Plastic Engineering. During his time there, he was a varsity baseball player and served in student government, experiences that helped shape his collaborative leadership style and commitment to team success.
