Stephanie Barnes

Healthcare Consultant

Stephanie Barnes joined LAZ in 2015 as Vice President of LAZ Healthcare Services. Her role was to expand the company's growing Healthcare Division, build healthcare training programs, and specialized hospital protocols. She designed our CARE Training Program, created employee caregiver events, and hosted national Healthcare-specific Parking and Transportation Symposiums. She was the co-founder of the LAZ Environmental, Social, and Governance Program (ESG) and the LAZ Amplify Women Group where she participated in several mentoring programs.

After 10 years of building our LAZ Healthcare Division, Stephanie transitioned to Healthcare Consultant in 2025.  Stephanie has worked in the healthcare industry for over 22 years, with experience in hospital support service operations, risk mitigation, security analysis, and contract management (valet operations, food service, and transportation management).  Stephanie also has extensive experience in healthcare master planning, construction/design for parking operations, patient/visitor wayfinding, and strategic planning. She has supported projects on LEED certifications, Joint Commission Standards, Nuclear Regulatory Commission compliance, and Patient Experience initiatives.

With this extensive experience, Stephanie will support LAZ leaders, as needed, with hospital partnerships, strategic planning, and new training programs. She is a member International Association of Healthcare Safety Security (IAHSS) and offers security program support to our Healthcare Team. Stephanie received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from John Carroll University and her Master’s Degree in Security Policy and Strategic Intelligence from Notre Dame College, both in Cleveland, OH.
