As Chief People Officer, Elizabeth leads LAZ Parking's people strategy, partnering with our leaders across the company to develop talent, strengthen culture, and build the capabilities needed to support LAZ's continued growth. She is passionate about helping organizations scale while preserving the values and culture that make them successful.
With more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across the hospitality, retail, and service industries, Elizabeth has extensive expertise in organizational transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining LAZ Parking, she held executive human resources leadership roles with Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment and Rock-It Cargo, helping organizations navigate growth, change, and business transformation.
She earned both her Bachelor of Science from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and her Master of Science from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She is committed to developing leaders, creating opportunities for employees, and building organizations where people and culture drive business success.
She lives in Princeton, New Jersey, with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she serves on the Board of Trustees for Special Olympics New Jersey, supporting its mission to create opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities through sports, leadership, and inclusion.
