Bob Caldin

Regional Vice President, Gulf Coast

Robert “Bob” Caldin joined LAZ Parking in 2023, bringing more than two decades of progressive leadership experience across the Gulf Coast’s parking and transportation sector. Since transitioning from teaching in 2001, he has built a career spanning airport operations, hospitality services, municipal and on‑street programs, special events, Class A facilities, mixed-use developments, hospitals, and large‑scale shuttle systems.

 

Bob’s leadership philosophy emphasizes disciplined operational excellence achieved through individual accountability and collective performance. He has been an active member of the Michigan Parking Association and the IREM Louisiana Chapter. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and earned his Certified Parking Professional accreditation from the National Parking Association in 2018.
