Bob Caldin

Regional Vice President, Gulf Coast

Robert "Bob" Caldin joined Laz Parking in 2023. He has spent all of these years in the parking and transportation industry since he left teaching in late 2001, accumulating 20+ of those years in the Gulf Coast market.

His career started in airport operations, but has traversed through hospitality services, municipal, on-street, special event, Class A, surface lot, mixed-use, airport, shuttle, and hospital parking to name a few.  He believes that the success of his operations depends heavily on every team member’s commitment to operational excellence and works hard to establish an environment of achieving excellence through collective individual efforts.  He has served as a member of the Michigan Parking Association and as IREM Louisiana Chapter. He holds a bachelor’s degree Penn State University and  received his accreditation as a Certified Parking Professional from the National Parking Association in 2018.
