Governance

We embrace our responsibility to our stakeholders to conduct our business with highest standards of ethical conduct. We believe that strong corporate governance is critical to our success by establishing our corporate governance structure with three goals:

  2. Manage our business risks  
  3. Foster a culture of integrity 

We take steps to ensure that our governance and leadership adequately represents the interest of our stakeholders via the following:  

  • Publishing our first ever ESG Policy 

  • Revising our Human Rights Policy in alignment with EU Standards.  

  • Updating our Vendor Code of Conduct 

  • Maintaining a company-wide Code of Conduct, Whistleblower Protection Policy, etc.  

  • Creation of a Materiality Risk Assessment 

  • Participation in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark Infrastructure Assessment, EcoVadis Assessment, and the Carbon Disclosure Project Assessment
