By purchasing a prepaid pass, the customer agrees to follow and abide by the following set forth by LAZ Parking Company. Customer shall park at customer's sole risk. LAZ Parking assumes no liability for theft, fire, damage, or other loss of use to any vehicle, equipment, or articles left in vehicle or any loss due to or attributable to bodily injury or death, or liability for vehicles left after closing. LAZ Parking does not assume liability for criminal acts of third-parties. LAZ Parking reserves the right to move vehicles and to refuse service. LAZ Parking hereby declares itself NOT responsible for fire, theft, damage, or loss of vehicle, or any article left in vehicle, all of such risk being assumed by the customer.
Prepaid passes and parking spaces are on a first come, first served basis. Each parking pass is only valid for the date printed on the pass. You must present your parking pass to the lot attendant upon arrival to gain access. There will be no in-and-out privileges.
Rate for prepaid parking passes is payable upon request for purchase. Payments can be processed online. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Customer agrees to follow the direction and instructions of parking and security personnel as well as all posted facility/traffic signage. Failure to comply with personnel instruction or posted signage may result in a fine, revocation of customer's parking permit and/or expulsion from lot at owner's expense.
Circulation between parking lots is not possible due to fan safety concerns and municipal laws. Vehicles will be directed to the appropriate parking lots with available parking spaces based upon your parking permit designation. Reserving of parking spaces is NOT permitted.
LAZ Parking and Building Management are not responsible for contents of vehicles parked in the facility. It is advised that customers not leave valuables in their vehicles; in self-park locations, lock your vehicle.
You agree to obey the noise ordination rules of the City of Pasadena. Amplified sound is not permitted. Violators may be subject to fine, revocation of parking permit, and/or expulsion from lot at owner's expense.
Customer agrees to dispose of all trash and waste in the proper trash receptacles located throughout the parking lot and structures.
Postings of any kind are NOT allowed.
Solicitation is not permitted. The sales of merchandise including, but not limited to: jerseys, beads, hats, shirts, etc. is NOT permitted on the premises.
No unauthorized, outside services including, but not limited to: mechanical repairs, tune-ups, oil changes, window tinting, installation of phone, stereo and car alarm, washing, detailing, etc. is NOT permitted on the premises. Violators may be subject to fine, revocation of parking permit, and/or expulsion from lot at owner's expense.
Storage of vehicles is not permitted. All vehicles must exit the lot by 11:59PM on the day of the event. Failure to comply will result in additional parking fare and/or towing at owner’s expense.
