Subscription parking frequently asked questions.


What is Subscription parking?

A different, new way for our frequent parkers to buy and manage parking.

How is it different?

Subscriptions will let you search and pay for monthly parking (and much more in the future), right from your phone or computer.

If spaces are not available right now, you’ll be able to waitlist yourself and monitor your progress on the waitlist.

You’ll also be able to manage your customer profile, vehicle details, payment preferences, and access invoices from web or mobile.

At some locations you’ll be able to upgrade or downgrade your monthly parking, or add other options like car washes, oil changes or EV charging.

Will my account change?

You will still keep the same monthly parking account, but your monthly user experience will be automatically updated.

Why do I need to change my password?

To enable self-management of your account, we have had to make many changes under the hood, including security upgrades, so you’ll have to reset your password to enable those changes.

Does my monthly parking change?

Nope, you will still have the same monthly parking products that you do today, but more options will be on the way for you.

Why is LAZ doing this?

We’ve built a whole new backend system that’s designed to make paying for parking, EV charging and other products much more user-friendly for web and apps.

What if I need to know more?

Since all our properties are unique, the contact on your current monthly invoice will be able to help you with details about your specific parking location.
