LAZ Announces Contract with Madison Realty Capital to Manage Parking Services at Woodside Central

LAZ Parking, the largest, fastest-growing privately owned parking operator in the United States, announced today that it has contracted with Madison Realty Capital to manage parking services at Woodside Central, a new development of two high-rise, mixed-use towers at 46-09 69th Street and 46-10 70th Street, in Woodside, Queens. The location is the third parking services contract awarded to LAZ by Madison Realty Capital and the latest addition to LAZ’s expanding portfolio of properties in Greater New York City at LAZ provides parking services. The buildings have a combined total of 478 rental apartment units.

With its thoughtfully designed modern interiors and extensive list of amenities, Woodside Central offers a fresh perspective on luxury living. Located in one of New York City’s most diverse and prominent neighborhoods, Woodside Central is a gateway to a unique and vibrant community that prides itself on its authenticity. Some 144 of the apartments have been set aside for residents earning up to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), with rents affordable to individuals and families with annual income ranging from $55,886 to $115,280. The 12 and 15 story towers are pet friendly and feature an array of amenities that include bike storage lockers, a laundry room, media room, gym and yoga studio. Residents also have access to a rooftop terrace and East and West Tower terraces.
