LAZ Parking announced today that it has been selected to manage 1,200 parking spaces in two garages attached to and near Westchester One, a 21-story Class A office tower at 44 Broadway, White Plains NY. The 907,000 square-foot building is the oldest office tower in central business district of White Plains and anchored by New York Life. Under the terms of the contract with Argent Ventures, LAZ will operate a 500 spaces in the garage attached to Westchester One and an additional 700 parking spaces at an Argent-owned garage at 120 Westchester Ave.

Argent purchased the property in 2017. The garage attached to Westchester One garage is renovated and renovations and upgrades are underway in the lobby, cafeteria and tenant lounge of the building. Westchester One has a total of 2,600 parking spaces in its garage and parking annex, both of which have controlled security gates, upgraded lighting, and 24/7 security monitoring.
