A Letter To Our Customers


Dear Valued LAZ Parking Customers,

In light of current local, national and global challenges, we are reaching out to address any questions you may have regarding the effects of Coronavirus Disease-19, or COVID-19, on the services we provide to you. We want to assure you that our senior leadership team has established a 24/7 Coronavirus Task Force which is actively addressing this unfolding situation, monitoring developments and taking all recommended measures to keep you and our communities safe.

The health and safety of our customers, clients, and employees across our 3,100 locations is, and always has been, one of our highest priorities. As this situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), as well as state and local health officials around the country. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to inform our decisions. I wanted to share some of the steps we are taking to help protect both you and our employees. We are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment at all of our parking facilities in accordance with CDC guidelines, in addition to training our employees on health and safety best practices to curtail the spread of the disease.

Since 1981, LAZ has navigated many business challenges and times of extreme volatility. We want you to know that the Spirit of LAZ, which is rooted in our Never Ever Give Up mentality, has never been stronger!
