Welcoming Eric Daigle to new role as VP, People & Culture

02/07/2019

We’re proud to announce the promotion of our very own Eric Daigle to Vice President of People & Culture. His steady and consistent leadership has been critical to maintaining and improving LAZ HR processes, practices and policies while enhancing value to the HR team across the United States.

As VP, Eric will drive the company’s business initiatives by supporting the implementation of strategic Human Resources objectives and the oversight of everything related to people and culture practices for LAZ Parking’s 12,100+ employees. As a company devoted to promoting a people-first, servant-leadership culture, the VP of People & Culture is a key partner to the regional HR and operations teams by managing the implementation of HR policies, procedures, programs and best practices, as well as by mitigating risk and ensuring compliance across the company.

In this new role, Eric will be responsible for defining and implementing consistent Human Resources processes and procedures across the LAZ nation and ensuring compliance to regulatory and legal requirements. He will also supervise our team of Human Resources Business Partners across the 33 states in which LAZ currently operates, holding weekly nationwide calls to coordinate HR initiatives while leveraging best practices across the company.

Since joining the organization in May 2017, Eric was responsible for multiple major initiatives, including the rollout of a new applicant tracking system, a redesign of the company’s employee handbook, the establishment of standardized flextime policies, and leveraging technology to streamline HR processes to maximize efficiency and mitigate unnecessary expenses. He is currently championing the implementation of LAZ Parking’s Second Chance program, a program dedicated to assisting candidates with blemished records establish employment and re-enter the workforce. We look forward to Eric’s continued contributions as we build upon our commitment to creating opportunities for our employees across the organization.
