Our nation has been impacted by many tragedies throughout the years. This past Saturday, October 27th, our nation witnessed the deadliest attack of a Jewish community in the history of the United States. All our hearts, prayers and deepest condolences go out to the families and victims of the Tree of Life Congregation and to the entire Pittsburgh community.
This tragic, lethal and violent attack must be a wake-up call to us all that HATE has no place in our country.
In the LAZ spirit and culture, we must all fight against hate and intolerance, we must create a united and determined group of allies of all colors and creeds. We must all dedicate ourselves to the task of eradicating hate from our great nation. We must all unite behind the ideal that we can secure justice and fair treatment to all. We must foster a culture of courage and social action against hate, against bigotry, against intolerance and against indifference.
Let us all look at the good in people and bring out the best in people, with our hearts filled with respect for one another, and our hearts filled with love, with caring and acceptance for all mankind.
I want to take this opportunity to thank each and every LAZ family member for living the values that make our company and country the greatest nation on the planet.
With Love, Gratitude and Big Hugs,
