“This project offers a model to
the commercial real estate industry that reduces the carbon footprint while
installing cutting-edge technology to drive tenant satisfaction,” JLL Senior

access to the garage, increased ingress and egress with minimal down time,
chip-and-pin technology with more reliable bar-code features and future
integration with building management and universal scheduling systems.”
