LAZ PARKING STAYS WIDE AWAKE IN THE CITY THAT NEVER SLEEPS

Check out just some of the recent locations awarded to LAZ Parking throughout the New York City area this month:

  • Industry City is a 6 million square-foot 21st Century innovation and manufacturing district that stands on the waterfront in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. The space was originally developed as Brooklyn’s first major industrial, shipping and distribution center and has been transformed into a beautiful and unique lofted space available for office leasing and events with 400 parking spaces that LAZ manages today.
  • West 60th Street is a residential building near Lincoln Center in the heart of Manhattan. The management contract for valet services of the 190-space garage started in May, 2015.  
  • The Phoenix Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Brooklyn, New York has awarded their parking services contract to LAZ. Under the partnership LAZ parking with provide valet, concierge and shuttle services to all patients.
