NOT JUST ANOTHER LOCATION, A NEW DESTINATION

This May, The Viridian residential luxury complex will open its doors at 1282 Boylston Street. The development project by the Abbey Group Residential will offer 342 residential units, a 24/7 concierge service, a state of the art health club, two roof decks and 295 parking spaces that will be managed by LAZ.   

This location is just steps away from Fenway Park offering Red Sox fans easy access and parking on game night. And for those not headed to a game, 1282 Boylston Street is just a few steps away from some of Boston’s best restaurants and shops.
