LAZ Parking will start off 2015 in celebration of the contract renewal for Adriaen’s Landing. The portfolio encompasses parking operations for the Connecticut Convention Center, Connecticut Science Center, Marriott Hotel, The Capital Grille and Front Street North and South, all of which are located in the Front Street District of downtown Hartford.
The entire operation includes 6,000-spaces and employs over 60 members of the LAZ team. The management contract with the Capital Region Development Authority will renew on the 1st of the year.
