Leading hotel investment group, HEI Hotels & Resorts has selected LAZ Parking to run Parking, Bell Service and Valet Parking operations at 17 of its owned hotels in 10 US states. With one of the highest quality portfolios of world-renowned hotel brands in the United States, HEI understands that exemplary service and strict controls are critical to the increased productivity and revenue growth of its nearly $10 million parking operation. After a thorough RFP process, HEI is awarding the contract based on LAZ Parking’s ability to coordinate the existing fragmented operations using one cohesive, multi-disciplinary team.
