Long time LAZ “Partner in Parking”, CIM Group awarded LAZ the contract to manage the hotel’s 500 space self-park garage and valet services. The Downtown Grand is the first new hotel-casino in downtown Las Vegas in more than three decades and is a key step towards the downtown area’s ongoing revitalization.
