Britain's Daily Mail reports that a competition has recently announced a list of the "Coolest Car Parks in the World" that (of course!) include a LAZ Parking location. The 1111 Lincoln Road garage in Miami's South Beach was designed by Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron, which also designed Beijing's famed "Bird's Nest" Olympic Stadium. Thanks to its art collector owner, the 7 story, 263-space garage features art hanging in the stairwells and an event space with 34 foot ceilings.
Needless to say, after an exhaustive interview process a few years back, LAZ Parking was chosen to operate the garage and has significantly increased revenues every year. Luis Macedo, LAZ Parking's General Manager views this beautiful garage as a "very high-end hotel" for cars. You can read more about this incredible building here.
