CRDA AND LAZ PARKING TEAM UP AGAIN WITH THE MORGAN STREET GARAGE

The Capital Region Development Authority has awarded LAZ Parking the management contract for the Morgan Street Garage. The facility is a mixed-use, eight-level garage located in Hartford, CT that serves Capital Community College and provides parking for monthly, daily and event parkers. The award of this state-owned facility marks continued growth of the existing relationship and agreement with CRDA which includes locations such as the Connecticut Convention Center, Hartford Marriott Downtown Valet, Connecticut Science Center and the new Front Street mixed-use development district. LAZ will assume operation of the location’s 2,290 spaces on August 1st, 2013.
