CENTRAL CONNECTICUT'S MOST PRESTIGIOUS ADDRESS PARKS WITH LAZ

Commonwealth REIT has awarded LAZ Parking the management contract for the CityPlace Garage located in downtown Hartford, CT. CityPlace, a 38 story high-rise skyscraper, is the tallest building between New York City and Boston, and is considered the most prestigious address in Central Connecticut.

CityPlace houses high profile tenants such as UnitedHealth Group and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Willis. CityPlace’s 350-space self-park garage is a welcome addition to the LAZ Parking portfolio and will commence operations on April 1, 2013.
