The City of Charlotte, NC has awarded LAZ Parking the management contract for 501 East Trade Street, a 430 space surface parking lot located in beautiful downtown Charlotte. The lot occupies an entire city block directly across the street from the Time Warner Cable Arena. The venue hosts a variety of sports and entertainment events and can accommodate over 20,000 spectators, many of whom will park with LAZ and experience our superior customer service.
