William Rocha, Esq.

General Counsel

William Rocha joined LAZ Parking in January 2023 as General Counsel. Bill joins LAZ after serving as General Counsel and VP of HR for Gold Medal Bakery for the last nine years where he was responsible for leading both the Legal and HR functions for a large multi-state food bakery and distributor. During his time with Gold Medal Bakery, Bill was instrumental in managing large complex legal matters while creating process efficiencies for the 110-year-old family-run organization.

Prior to his time at Gold Medal Bakery, Bill worked in private practice for ten years at the Boston offices of both Sullivan & Worcester, LLP and Robins Kaplan, LLP.

Bill has been an active member of both his home and work communities having served on several boards and with philanthropic organizations including One South Coast Chamber of Commerce, the Boston Bar Association, the Boston Church of Christ, the MA Food Association Government Affairs Committee and the American Bakers Association State Affairs Working Group.
