Nicole Lake, Esq.

Chief Impact Officer

Nicole Lake joined LAZ Parking as Chief Impact Officer in 2021. In this role, Nicole works directly with CEO, Alan Lazowski, and the LAZ leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives, move projects forward and foster both internal and external relationships.

Prior to her work with LAZ, Nicole enjoyed a wide-ranging legal career. Most recently, she served as Chief Counsel to the Connecticut Attorney General, Vice President & General Counsel to a non-profit healthcare system and Associate General Counsel to a former Connecticut Governor. She has also worked as a consumer protection, labor and legal services attorney.

As an undergraduate, Nicole studied political science at the University of Iowa, and then went on to earn graduate and law degrees from Harvard Divinity School and Northeastern University School of Law, respectively. She serves on a number of different boards for local non-profits and is active in state politics. Nicole is also the proud and tired mother of two wonderfully energetic kids.
